Our high specification semi-ATE hydraulic test stand is far superior to most rigs offered by other providers, enabling us to diagnose and optimise components faster than ever before – while our state-of-the-art, fully automated Data Acquisition System makes light work of the calculations needed to ensure accurate testing and fault-fixing. We can test up to 10,000psi and 50 gallons per minute flow.

As well as ensuring all hydraulic components are repaired according to the latest manuals and Part 145 approved safety standards, we also run a robust internal quality system. This provides us with the framework to verify revisions on a regular basis.
